From a small team with a big vision, BGCS Marketing and Services Corporation has grown into a trusted leader in safety, emergency response, technical training, and structural investigation, testing, analysis, and evaluation.

The company was previously known as B.G.C.S. Safety Training Services, founded in 2014 as a sole proprietorship, born out of a deep passion for contributing to the development of emergency medical services and technical rescue in the country. What began as a small initiative has evolved into a trusted training provider committed to enhancing safety, preparedness, and life-saving skills across industries, particularly through our emergency response training programs.

In our early years, we offered a range of services to support safety and preparedness in various settings—including events management, team building facilitation, stand-by medic services, and the development of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) plans for public and private events.

In 2018, we took a major leap forward by incorporating and officially registering with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), establishing today’s BGCS Marketing and Services Corporation. This marked the beginning of a new era of growth, allowing us to expand our operations, enhance our training programs, including First Aid training, and broaden our impact.

A significant milestone came in 2023, when First Aid Training came under the jurisdiction of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). We were proud to be one of the first five organizations in the country to be accredited to offer this essential training. This achievement reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, certified training programs that align with industry standards and government regulations.

In 2024, we took another major step forward by becoming a DOLE-accredited Safety Training Organization under Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). This achievement solidified our position as one of the leading providers of safety training in the country, reinforcing our commitment to delivering top-tier, government-recognized programs.

That same year, we launched our Industrial Division, broadening our services to include structural safety, and offering comprehensive solutions in structural investigation, testing, analysis, and evaluation—a crucial addition to ensure the safety of infrastructures and environments in various industries.

We've trained thousands of professionals, built strong partnerships with organizations across various sectors, and remained deeply committed to promoting a culture of safety, readiness, and resilience.

Today, we continue to evolve—guided by the same passion that started it all.
